Trailer Manufacturing

The trailer is a vital structural component that allows a portable tiny house to be transported safely and to last for many years. Our trailers are manufactured with O2 type approval under TSE assurance and are designed to be road-legal. With the documents we provide, registration and number plates can be obtained from a notary, so your trailer is delivered to you ready to be driven on public roads legally.

Our manufacturing stages are as follows:

Design and Planning: The trailer is designed to suit the dimensions and weight of the tiny house. Local traffic regulations and weight limits are taken into account at this stage.

Chassis Fabrication: The chassis, the main load-bearing part of the trailer, is usually made of steel. High-strength steel is cut and welded so that it can carry the weight of the tiny house.

Axle and Suspension System: An axle and suspension system is fitted so that the trailer can be towed comfortably. This system allows the tiny house to move smoothly.

Tyres and Braking Systems: Tyres of a suitable size are fitted for safe transport, and a trailer braking system is added.
